Where We Ship

We currently ship orders within Belgium.
If you would like to place an order from outside Belgium, please contact us before purchasing so we can check availability and shipping options.

Order Cut-off Time & Processing

To ensure prompt delivery, please note our order deadlines based on our business hours:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT+1).

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM (Tuesday – Sunday) will begin processing the same day.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on Mondays (when we are closed) will be processed on the next business day.

Processing Time

  • Orders are prepared and packed within 0–1 business days after payment confirmation.

  • You will receive an email notification as soon as your order has been shipped.

Our team carefully inspects and packages each item to ensure it arrives in great condition.

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery within Belgium usually takes 3–5 business days.

  • Delivery times may vary slightly during holidays, weekends, or busy seasons.

Local couriers may take extra time during peak periods, but we always ensure your package is handed over promptly.

Shipping within Belgium is free of charge on all orders — no minimum spend required.
