Return & Refund Policy

At Manda Vintage, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer a clear and fair return process in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Return Period

Customers may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return requests made after 14 days may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • All original tags must still be attached

  • Items must be returned in their original condition

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Please note:

  • Vintage items may show natural signs of age or wear, which are not considered defects.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

We kindly ask customers to handle all vintage pieces with care.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@mandavintage.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team.

  3. Securely package the item and send it to the address below.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping within Belgium is free of charge.

  • For international returns (if approved), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping will be covered by us.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
