Orders

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment is successfully processed.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately at support@mandavintage.com. Once dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Belgium.
For international inquiries, please contact us before placing your order.

How long does delivery take?

  • Processing time: 0–1 business day

  • Delivery time: 2–3 business days

  • Total delivery time: Approximately 3–4 business days

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Shipping within Belgium is free for orders over €50.
For orders below €50, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.

Are vintage items refundable?

Yes — however, please note that minor signs of wear or age are part of the natural character of vintage clothing and are not considered defects.

Are returns free?

Return shipping within Belgium is free.
If an item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return costs.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments via major credit and debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All transactions are processed via secure, PCI-compliant providers. We do not store full card details.

Products

Are your items authentic vintage?

Yes. We specialize in carefully selected authentic vintage pieces.

Because vintage garments have history, small variations in color, fabric texture, or signs of wear may be present.

How do I choose the right size?
