Where We Ship

We currently ship within Belgium.

If you would like to place an order from outside Belgium, please contact us before purchasing so we can check availability and shipping options.

Order Cut-off Time & Processing

To ensure fast dispatch, please note the following:

Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT+1)

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM (Tuesday – Sunday) will begin processing the same day.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on Mondays (when we are closed) will be processed on the next business day.

Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared and packed within 0–1 business day after payment confirmation.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Each item is inspected and securely packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery within Belgium typically takes 2–3 business days after dispatch.

Total estimated delivery time: 3–4 business days from order placement.

Delivery times may vary slightly during holidays or peak seasons. However, we always hand over your package to the courier promptly.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping is available for all orders within Belgium when the total order value is €50 or more.

  • For orders below €50, a shipping fee will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before payment.

  • No hidden charges apply.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

You can use the tracking link provided to monitor your package until delivery.
