Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, please make sure:
Items are returned within 14 days of delivery.
Products are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.
Vintage items may show natural signs of age — these are not considered defects.
Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
We kindly ask customers to handle all pieces with care, especially vintage items.

How to Return an Item
Email us at support@mandavintage.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Our team will confirm your return request and provide full instructions.
Pack the item securely and ship it to our store address listed above.
Once your return is received, we’ll take care of the rest.
Refunds
After we receive your return, our team will inspect the item and process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note: Depending on your bank, refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping within Belgium is free of charge.
For international returns (if permitted), shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or we shipped the incorrect product.
